 On a side note: In an old plugin I set the font for the admin bar to
 `font: menu` to make sure size and font will be readable for the user.
 Since then the admin bar changed so often I stopped updating the plugin.

 It would be nice to get that into core to avoid such an accessibility
 race. :)
