 Linking to widgets is something I've not fully worked out yet.  I like
 that we're exposing the fact that you can use menus in widgets.  My only
 worry is what happens when the user clicks the link?  There is a lot on
 that page, and I think it will be hard for most new users to make the
 connection that they then need to 1) add a "custom menu" widget to their
 sidebar, and then 2) select a menu within that widget and save it.
 Wondering if there is anything else we can do there to bring more clarity
 to this process.
