 looking at the two previous comments, it seems that get_home_path() does
 not return the same delimitors wheather siteurl and home are identical or
 not.

 - identical : get_home_path(): C:\wamp\www\multitest/
 - not identical: get_home_path(): C:/wamp/www/wordpress/test_subd/
