 23119-F.diff​ includes E, and adds a notification message when you select
 a menu for your theme that includes a link to preview your changes.

 Looks like:

 I'll run a couple users through these changes tomorrow, and post the
 results to the [http://make.wordpress.org/ui/ Make UI P2].
