That's way too much info for a screenreader, in my honest opinion. When
I'm doing what I do, I need to be able to do it quickly. If I'm having to
wait for the screenreader to finish with reading me the menu name, it's
location, and what I can do with it, that'll take too long.
Additionally, drag/drop doesn't really work from a screenreader angle.
Noteably because not all screenreaders support it, nor do the ones that do
support it the same way.
Note: You may not have been thinking drag/drop. But since you didn't
clarify exactly how things would be rearanged, I'm assuming that's what
you're going for.
