 In 3.5, the 'Delete Menu' link was directly underneath the Menu title
 section so it was much more discoverable: http://cl.ly/image/3K1D0S2s0h0H

 Now that we've reworked the UI, the 'Delete Menu' link is still on the
 left edge but now all the way down at the bottom of the menu:

 On the New Post screen we don't have this spacial problem because the
 Publish meta box much smaller in terms of width:

 I propose we move the 'Delete Menu' link to be directly adjacent to the
 bottom 'Save Menu' button.

 Thoughts?
