 A couple thoughts:

 - Looking good Ben!  Nice work.
 - I still think the comments icon looks a bit too rounded (when compared
 to the other icons).  Could we try it a little less curvy?
 - I'd stick with blue for the default navigation link colors (i.e.
 #21759b).
 - I'm not a huge fan of the red icon with the red text.  At a glance, it
 almost feels like I've done something wrong.  I'd stick with gray for the
 default icon color as well as the mouseover icon color.  In chatting with
 MT, he suggested maybe darkening the grey icon a bit so that it works
 better in both scenarios (something in the #6c6b6b range might work).
