 I revised the icons a bit-they're slightly smaller and incorporate some of
 mel's suggestion. I also did a hover and sctive state, so they are always
 the same color as the text. We need to do the blue theme still; the css is
 all messed up in that.
 I completely overhauled the sprite and css so everything is in a 28x28px
 space, and all the css positioning follows those increments.
