 Noticed a couple of `PHP_EOL` references in [23450]: [[BR]]
 http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/wp-
 includes/formatting.php#L1959

 We don't use that constant anywhere else in core. Could it be just `"\n"`
 for better readability ([attachment:23347.newline.diff])?
