 Looks good. The idea of a slider to coarsely locate the desired revision,
 and buttons for fine-grained selection, seems like a smart approach.

 Thought on comparing two different revisions: keeping with this design, we
 could slide the slider and buttons over the left revision, and add in an
 identical set above the right version. With that, any change to either
 side would update the diff automatically.
