 I agree with you. Even though having the 'Add Menu' button up in the
 header is consistent with the other UI screens, I feel like it's really
 not very discoverable up there. @markoheijnen didn't see it right away the
 other day either.

 I'd be curious to see if user tests will confirm there's a discoverability
 problem.
