 There is another jQuery.browser call in admin-bar.js. It's in the
 hoverintent lib. Added in [18488]. Looking at the
 [http://cherne.net/brian/resources/jquery.hoverIntent.minified.js original
 version] there seems not  to be such a call. Will talk to azaozz.
