 [attachment:23450.diff] shows no noticeable differences, so that's good.

 One question I have is whether we're:

 A) Breaking this out so that it can be reused in core only

 B) Breaking this out for core + public use?

 Whichever way we go, we should probably at the very least lay out basic
 usage in a docblock somewhere (maybe accordion.js)
