Comment (by azaozz):

 23220-5.patch improves on Atosave-v3.patch and adds methods to preview and
 restore the local backups when on the Add/Edit Post screen. Also adds
 translated strings and styling.

 This is ready for broader testing and could need some UI tweaks.
