 Bug: Click the Add New button or go directly to wp-admin/nav-
 menus.php?action=edit&menu=0. Now you have changed your mind and want to
 change the selected menu. Do it via the dropdown menu.

 => Only the Menu Name will change, but the items are still missing.

 Not sure, but is `wp_nav_menu_disabled_check()` still needed? If so, the
 disabled() function should be called with the third argument, defined as
 false. Otherwise it will echoing the disabled attribute.
