 I took a stab at making the whole Dashboard a little flatter, just for

 One thing I noticed in trunk is that the icon hover color is white, which
 ends up being really awkward: http://cl.ly/image/130x1a2h2t0k. Could we
 try three icon states: grey (normal), orange/red (hover), and white
 (current selection)?
