 Sergey, It sounds to me like Stevish is aware of the filters and plugins,
 but is arguing that this warrants an option in the admin UI because of the
 amount of people seeking a solution for it.

 Stevish, WP typically follows the "[http://nacin.com/2011/12/18/in-open-
 source-learn-to-decide/ Decisions, Not Options]" philosophy, and
 [http://wordpress.org/about/philosophy/ likes to keep Core lean]. Since
 there are already filters and plugins available, I don't think this has
 much chance of being accepted.
