 @azozz @spocke I just did some further tests in older versions of
 Wordpress:

 WP 3.5 stable: Linebreak behaviour consistent with 3.5.1, except that the
 "mceDel" italicization problem is not present.

 WP 3.4: Problems not present. Results are consistent with the demo @spocke
 linked to, and the public Full demo on the TinyMCE website.
