 In WebKit browsers the buttons in DFW do nothing. Tested in Chrome, Safari
 and Opera. No JS error, works in Firefox.

 Also noticed that the width of the title input changes after closing DFW,
 see https://cloudup.com/i3rAuP1bK1y.
