 In PHP 5.5.X the "Maximum upload file size: 0KB" is always 0KB, Cannot be
 changed even if i add upload_max_filesize = 64M in php.ini or in functions
 or htaccess

 I am using xampp server.

 Its time to develop wordpress with php 5.4+ features.
