 Never mind that unit test patch. It needs to be rewritten for enhancements
 added by [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/26675 #26675]. However,
 the
 [http://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/tests/phpunit/tests/media.php
 current unit test] for get_media_embedded_in_content() does test the
 prowess of get_tag_regex().
