 At the top of `wp-admin/about.php` is the following:

 wp_deregister_script( 'zxcvbn-async' );
 wp_register_script( 'zxcvbn-async', true );
 }}}

 This causes the page to enqueue the following URL, which 404s:
 `http://example.com1/?ver=3.8-RC2`
