 On 3.8-RC1 (r26673) the front end admin bar uses the same size gravatar as
 the admin's admin bar, but enlarges the image to such an extent that it
 looks like a blurry mess.

 This only happens on my iPad.  In Chrome, both the front end and the admin
 screens use the same size and there is no obvious image scaling.
