 The collapse and uncollapse behavior in the admin area seems to much less
 smooth than in 3.7.1.

 This [https://cloudup.com/co5gB9IQoDu short screen capture] is an attempt
 to show what I mean. It's almost like things happen out of order when the
 new sizes and positions are being drawn. The behavior of the menu text on
 uncollapse is more noticeable than collapse, but the way the highlight and
 arrow are drawn on collapse is less than perfect.
