 MP6 and its responsive component had no concept of button-small or button-
 large, so the non-responsive styles for those two types of buttons were
 overriding the responsive button styles. This led to certain bugs like the
 attached screenshot, wherein the :active styles for responsive buttons are
 being applied to a non-responsive button-large.
