 Can anyone explain how `themes.data.settings.extraRoutes` is supposed to
 work? It doesn't look like `_.extend()` on `themes.routes` in theme.js is
 working as expected so there's really nothing we can do with those extra
 routes, unless I'm missing something.

 To add the ability to browse themes from subfolders,
 [https://gist.github.com/kovshenin/7740346 I had to extend
 wp.themes.routes manually], which feels rather hacky.
