Comment:

 Based on discussion in irc, we're shelving this idea. Additional
 improvements to search in the future may make it irrelevant, and it's a
 bit too complex for the benefits involved.

 If a plugin author wants it listed, then they can update the Compatibility
 field in the readme once every couple years.
