 I added a patch to #25144 that cleans up the sticky header code so it
 doesn't need to account for a header image and works in all browsers.

 Other thing to discuss Thursday is the potential to add controls for
 anything else (I'm thinking customizing the green color would be the most
 useful). We should strive to make the theme customization tools as useful
 for the average user as possible, and I think we're fine adding one new
 control along with removing three less useful ones.
