Comment:

 In todays office hours, we decided

 themes&day=2013-08-27&sort=asc#m64592 to remove the custom header], but
 [http://irclogs.wordpress.org/chanlog.php?channel=wordpress-
 themes&day=2013-08-27&sort=asc#m64613 keep custom backgrounds] around.
 We [http://irclogs.wordpress.org/chanlog.php?channel=wordpress-
 themes&day=2013-08-27&sort=asc#m64671 did not come to specific conclusion
 about the fait of Social Links], but
 [http://irclogs.wordpress.org/chanlog.php?channel=wordpress-
 themes&day=2013-08-27&sort=asc#m64684 will re-iterate on Thursday].

 For now need a patch to remove the custom header functionality and its
 styles.
