 This makes the Visual editor quite unusable in iOS. Was fixed upstream for
 TinyMCE 4.0 in
 https://github.com/tinymce/tinymce/commit/19946dbbad203788b79395da6c3fb645022214a4.
 Backporting that patch fixes it for 3.5.8.
