New description:

 TinyMCE 4.0 was released couple of months ago (2013-06-13). It has tons of
 improvements in all areas:
 - Completely new UI.
 - New, simpler and much faster dialogs.
 - New and improved APIs and default plugins, better code quality, improved
 unit tests, etc.

 There is a [http://www.tinymce.com/presentation/#/ slideshow] that
 highlights some of the changes.

 As the UI API, the internal events API and the file structure have
 changed, most of the TinyMCE 3.x plugins
 [http://www.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Tutorial:Migration_guide_from_3.x need to
 be updated] to work with 4.x.
