 If I use the standard search widget, images descriptions will not be
 included in the search result.

 For example:
 Go to www.berengi.de and search for "Pyrmont".
 The result list will NOT show you:
 http://www.berengi.de/wpb/2011/01/gebaude/
 But there is an image with "Pyrmont" in the description on this page.
