 currently there exists button-primary (blue) and button-secondary (gray).
 however, many times I've seen the need to include some sort of 'warning'
 button as well, in red. I have a CSS patch ready, but wanted to get some
 feedback on whether this would be worthwhile before I clean it up a bit to
 make sure it matches all the other UI elements.
