 The $context currently passed to the ms one is whether you're searching or
 filtering by active or inactive.

 It looks, from the initial commit, like the options are 'all', 'enabled',
 'disabled', 'upgrade', 'search'

 Not really necessary for the non-multi-site implementation, I don't
