 By using WordPress, it is necessary a visual management of permissions for
 user groups, for example, I think with a screen to manage it would be
 easier, for example say that the posts created by a particular group must
 be approved by a second group , or want to give permission for a certain
 group to use some functions of administration panel.

 It would be interesting also an API for plugins that also have this
 functionality available.
