 I am seeing some movement on this ticket and just wondering if there is
 'talk' circulating.  If so, I'm very interested to understand how this
 will impact plugins/themes which add buttons to the editor.  Will it now
 follow this format mentioned

 It appears there are only two toolbar rows available, instead of the usual
 four rows in version 3.x.[[BR]]
