 I'm down with a few other core callback functions - radio, select,
 maaaaybe multi-select (horrible UX by default, but can be used with JS
 helpers). I don't see why checkboxes and input+suggest shouldn't also be
 choices for any taxonomy, hierarchical or not. Just have to do the right
 thing with ID vs. slug.
