 It could make a difference to the person searching the theme repository
 ... and in that same vein it could make a significant difference if a
 logical not was added to the search routine that uses these tags.

 As it is, I still see no reason to not include the tag. It is more
 relevant now that there exist Child-Themes in the repository than when
 this ticket was first submitted.
