Comment:

 The handle of the file is `ajaxcat`. Seems like it's not even used in
 core.

 There is also a typo in the ID selector: `$('#jaxcat').` Coudn't find any
 reference to `jaxcat` or `ajaxcat`.

 So, let's remove it?
