 24633.patch] is a quick, functional pull from the plugin.

 Some thoughts:

 1. Should a non-admin user that is editing their profile be able to see
 the Send password options?

 2. There should probably be a filter on the email that is sent to the
 user. Perhaps it should be part of a separate function?
