 Huge +1 for this!

 So I believe the way to start with this would be to run all RTL CSS files
 through CSSJanus and then look at the results, and set exceptions, if
 needed. At that point, when things start to look good, we can work on
 filtering `style_loader_src`.

 Did I get it right? Is that the plan, more or less?
