 I just noticed that the `<mark>` tag is not allowed for administrators in
 WPMU 3.6. All other tags like: b, i, em, strong, sup, sub, samp, var, kbd,
 s, small, q, ins, dfn, del, cite, abbr, a seem to be allowed. I imported
 an XML using [Tools > Import] and it was stripped.
