Comment:

 Two issues:
  * Our about.php responsiveness can cut off the videos really easily.
 Being looked at by MarkJaquith.
  * Opera 12 fails to load ogv on first try — specifically limited to
 MediaElement.js. But, it works fine in Opera 15 (Chromium). Fixing the
 about page to only send mp4 to Opera, but otherwise leaving things alone.
