 .12.diff adds the things I mentioned previously and unifies the JS code
 styles into one that is somewhat agnostic:

 * Uses eager whitespace as per WP JS standards
 * Passes JSLint with the following command: jslint --nomen --bitwise
 --regexp --white wp-admin/js/post-formats.js

 Please test, I think it all works
