 .10.diff does the following:

 * Hides the Add Media button for Audio, Video, and Image - they all have
 inline media pickers, this is the confusion Ryan was alluding to
 * Moves descriptive text above the title
 * Shows descriptive text on page load

 Anyways, this is my contribution to design-by-committee, no one's on IRC
 to discuss so I made a patch
