Comment (by SergeyBiryukov):

 1. In Notepad++, choose "Encoding" > "Encoding in UTF-8 without BOM" in
 the top menu.
 2. If `x96` character appears in line 204, replace it with the same ndash
 character you had earlier.

 That should fix it.
