 If there is an image in an existing post, dragging the image to a new
 paragraph / line or position in the post results in the image being
 replaced by the linked name of the file.

 I've reproduced this on at least two different sites on WordPress.com.
 Attached are some screenshots.

 - Both drafts and published posts
 - Whether center, right, left -justified.
