 Tested - This patch fixes half the problem (YAY!) and resizes as defined.

 It does not fix the problem where the video placeholder loads landscape no
 matter what. The placeholder issue is way less of a concern than the
 ignoring of video sizes, though. This needs to be in core to at least get
 it working as designed.
