 Using IE8 and WP 3.6b1-24041, if the post formats are changed up, the
 helpful instructional statements and the link to change post formats are
 directly overlaid. I actually didn't even notice the change format link at
 first due to the issue. The link works, functionality is not impeded. I
 know IE8 is a PITA and quite outdated - but I'm stuck using it at work. As
 I said, the link works, it's more of a cosmetic / UI thing.
