 Also, do you think we should treat the image post format the same way we
 treat audio and video (and include a textarea for them to paste an image
 URL)?  As it stands, if the user selects the image post format, they can't
 paste an image URL.

 - When you click "Select/Upload image" the left column is hidden, so there
 is no way to click the "Insert from URL" link.
 - The user we just tested resorted to pasting the Image URL into the "Link
 URL" field thinking she was successful in the task.
